Passionate and Dedicated Volunteers

HopeLink’s team of passionate and dedicated volunteers help us achieve our mission of strengthening our community, one life at a time, through our comprehensive behavioral health and crisis services. We are grateful to our volunteers who share our vision of a society where hope is universal.

Volunteer With Us

Youth Volunteer Opportunities

Youth ages 17 and younger can support HopeLink in a variety of ways.

HopeLink is dedicated to equal opportunity in employment and considers applicants for all positions based on their qualifications and without regard to race ‒ or any traits historically associated with race, including hair texture, hair type, and protective hairstyles such as braids, locks, and twists ‒ color, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sex, national origin, age, marital status, religion, spiritual beliefs, socioeconomic status, political affiliation, genetic information, veteran’s status, disability, sensory conditions, sexual orientation, or any other protected class. Reasonable accommodation will be made as appropriate to enable any employee or applicant for employment to safely and properly perform the job applied for as requested and as appropriate.

“People call HopeLink for all sorts of reasons. Maybe they are having suicidal thoughts, maybe they are having relationship issues with a person close to them, or maybe they feel overwhelmed by financial difficulties they just can’t see their way out of. Having the courage to pick up the phone and start that conversation can begin the process of healing. And creating a safe space for people to start those conversations is a critical component of what we do as crisis workers. For every shift, for every call, we create safe spaces for callers so that they don’t feel alone, and we can only hope that the caller feels better than when we started.”
