Compassionate Advocates
HopeLink’s Linking Individuals and Navigating Care (LINC) program is an innovative treatment program providing coordinated services to individuals ages 15 – 30 who are having a first episode of psychosis. LINC is provided in partnership with the Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Developmental Services. To receive services, you must reside in Loudoun County, be willing to participate in services, and have had a first experience of psychosis within the past three years.

If you have recently started having unusual thoughts or behaviors, such as seeing or hearing things others don’t or having thoughts that seem odd or strange, know that you are not alone. Our integrated team of compassionate advocates can help you sort through what is happening now and navigate what is next.
LINC’s goal is to help you and your family understand and manage symptoms of mental illness, while also building skills and support that allow you to be successful in work, school, and life in general.
Your LINC team can provide personalized and coordinated specialty care that focuses on what is important to you. Your services and support may include:
- Family education and support
- Individual therapy and case management from a coordinated team of professionals
- Assistance with getting and keeping a job
- Assistance with meeting educational goals
- Medication management
You may participate in the program for up to two years, as needed.
