A Compassionate Navigator for You and Your Child
HopeLink’s Family Peer Support Partners (FPSP) Program provides support to parents and caregivers of youth diagnosed with mental health or substance use disorders. Our Family Peer Support Partners are trained parents and caregivers who use their personal experience in navigating the system of care with their own children to help others do the same.

FPSP is a support service where we meet you in your home and your community, attend family resource meetings, and maintain regular contact as you learn about and engage with available resources.
Our Family Peer Support Partners use proven, evidence-based training and first-hand experiences to help you and your family:
- Identify and use your strengths
- Achieve desired outcomes
- Advocate for your child’s needs in a proactive manner
- Connect with effective family supports, services, and treatment options
- Understand your resources and recommendations

Fees
Thanks to a partnership between HopeLink and Healthy Minds Fairfax, there is no fee to families who reside in Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church for these services. Cost of services may also be covered through Children’s Services Act (CSA) funding.
The rates below are applicable only for individuals who do not meet necessary qualifying criteria under the Fairfax County contract, but who meet service qualifying criteria and are interested in attending on a private pay basis.
Family Peer Support Partner Services: $70.00 per hour
