HopeLink Behavioral Health Fundraiser Hosted by The Alliance Group and CBRE Kicks Off Mental Health Awareness Month

OAKTON, Va. (May 10, 2024)—HopeLink’s (formerly PRS) 4th annual golf tournament hosted by The Alliance Group and CBRE raised a record-breaking $100,000 to benefit the mental health nonprofit’s Transition to Independence Process (TIP) Program. Kicking off Mental Health Awareness Month, the event raised 21% more than last year when it brought in $83,000.

“We have a very generous business community that is leading the way to support mental health efforts that are making our community a healthier place to live and do business. The vision and leadership of The Alliance Group and CBRE has made this golf tournament an amazing event for raising needed funds as well as helping deepen understanding with business leaders about behavioral health issues in our region. Their commitment is ensuring more people have access to our lifesaving and life-changing programs,” explained Joseph Getch, CEO, HopeLink.

Nearly 120 golfers participated in the tournament. Held at Westwood Golf Club in Vienna, the event featured 18 holes, a cocktail reception, and speakers. As a nonprofit providing mental health, crisis, and suicide intervention services to thousands across Virginia and beyond, HopeLink and its services are needed more than ever.
